Brenda Lee, MSPT
Brenda has been working as a physical therapist for almost 15 years and is the Assistant Clinical Director at Rocklin Physical Therapy. She joined us in 2015 bringing extensive experience working with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries of the spine and extremities, balance training, and post-operative rehabilitation. Like all of our physical therapists, Brenda likes to identify the root issue of a patient’s complaint. She believes once the cause of a symptom is determined and properly treated, a patient will have a more successful outcome in the long term.
Away from work, Brenda enjoys an active life consisting of numerous outdoor activities including hiking with her new husband and two boys. Her passion for health and fitness is made evident by her frequent climbs, runs, and biking throughout the area. Brenda has been a lifelong athlete, participating in basketball and softball, and has competed in multiple triathlons including 3 half iron distance triathlons and one full iron distance. Having sustained a knee injury herself while playing high school basketball, she was impressed by the physical therapist that she worked with who helped her to return to the game. This has been a driving force in her desire to return her injured athletes back to competition and recreational enjoyment.
