What are your hours?
We are open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday.
How long does each appointment last?
A typical appointment ranges from 1 – 1 ½ hours as we provide comprehensive care to address your individual problem and help you to reach your goals. Should you have time constraints or need to leave early from a particular appointment, just let us know and we will adjust your treatment plan.
Will I see the same physical therapist at every visit?
Yes, we will schedule you with the same physical therapist at each visit, as our philosophy is that the best continuity of care is achieved when you are seen by the same physical therapist at each treatment. There may be limited times when you are not able to schedule for a time that your physical therapist has available (because of other obligations in your life). On those rare occasions, we will be happy to schedule you with another physical therapist.
What conditions or problems do you treat?
Our physical therapists have been trained to evaluate and treat a broad range of conditions, including orthopedic, sports, work and motor-vehicle related accidents, as well as degenerative conditions, such as arthritis, balance and walking disorders. See our Services tab for more information on specific conditions we can help you with.
Please see our page: Common Diagnoses and Conditions
Do you take my insurance?
We are contracted with many PPO insurances, Medicare, and Worker’s Compensation insurances companies. We also gladly accept Auto med-pay. We have Self-Pay rates for those patients with no insurance or a plan that we do not accept.
Please see our page: Insurances We Accept
What can I expect at my first visit and what should I bring with me?
Please see our page: What Will Your First Visit Look Like?
Do I need a referral from my doctor to come to physical therapy?
Thanks to legislation passed in January of 2014, it is now easier for most people to begin physical therapy in our office without first obtaining a referral. There are some exceptions based on your insurance carrier/plan. Our Patient Care Coordinators are very knowledgeable on how this all works and will be happy to call your insurance and let you know the requirements.
