Are you or someone you know experiencing neck pain?  Do you ever get pain that goes from your neck up into your head causing a headache, or down into shoulder blade area? Does your neck ever hurt and then cause tingling or numbness down your arm? When you turn your head to look over your shoulder or up toward the sky do you experience a sharp stabbing pain in your neck? After sitting at a computer or desk for long periods do you begin to feel neck pain and shoulder tension? Are you frequently trying to find a comfortable position on your pillow at night when trying to sleep? These are a few of the common symptoms people experience when suffering from neck (cervical spine) pain. This is another common condition that can frequently causes people to seek medical help.  It can become very disruptive to daily work, leisure, or sporting activities.

If you have some of the symptoms listed above then you should consider physical therapy as a treatment option. With a comprehensive evaluation, your physical therapist will be able to identify problems that may be causing your neck or headache pain. Once they have identified what is causing the problems they can then set up a treatment plan that can help correct the underlying cause of your pain.  Many times this will result in long lasting relief of pain and will enable you to better manage the problem in cases of chronic neck pain.

The physical therapists at Rocklin Physical Therapy have many years of experience and specialized training that will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan.

I had been struggling with pain and limited movement in my neck. I could not turn my head to the left or right without moving myself in that direction. Driving my car has been a challenge, along with working on the computer. My doctor recommended I have physical therapy. I suggested Rocklin PT. You see, I had been there before for another problem and was pleased to return. The entire PT staff work diligently to do the very best in providing excellent care and all with a warm-hearted welcome and a smile.
