REQUEST YOUR FREE SCREENING
What is the purpose of the free screening
We have found that sometimes when we treat a patient for one particular problem (say their knee), they don’t realize that we also treat back pain. Or they may not know how physical therapy can help with a certain problem. By coming in for a free screening, you have the opportunity to get some additional education on whatever issue you are having, so that you can make an informed decision on whether you would like to try a conservative approach (like physical therapy), versus taking pills, or undergoing additional diagnostic tests and injections.
If you are a previous or current patient at Rocklin PT, we hope that you have been able to personally experience the benefits of physical therapy and have had a positive outcome. If so, we invite you to share this free screening offer with your family, friends, and co-workers, so that they can see if physical therapy can help them as well.

What can I expect in the free screening?
When you arrive at the free screening, you will be greeted by one of our Patient Care Coordinators. They will have a quick medical history form for you to complete before going back for the screening. You will then meet with one of our Physical Therapists who will review your medical history/history of your current problem, as well as do some strength, range of motion, and other tests to get a better picture of the problem you are having. They will discuss the findings with you, and if appropriate, explain how physical therapy could help you.
Is this really free? Will I be pressured to pay for physical therapy?
The free screening is free! We are offering an opportunity to learn more about your problem and how physical therapy could help you. We can also answer any questions that you may have about your insurance benefits, scheduling, or if you will need a referral from your doctor. You will not be obligated or pressured to continue with physical therapy in our office after the screening!
